For MeiAsia we searched all of Asia for pure, and authentic local recipes. Asian cuisine includes the food from Thailand, China, India, Indonesia, and Japan, and offers many surprising flavours from mild to fiery hot, and from sweet to sour. By sharing delicious, local (family) recipes with you, we hope to pass on the pure experience of Asian cuisine to all those who like to cook exotic food.

On our journey throughout Asia, we discovered many wonderful herbs and spices, which – when mixed together – make up a delicious blend of flavours. These ingredients form the basis for the MeiAsia (wok) sauces, spice pastes, and soups, making it easy to enjoy the oriental aroma’s anywhere.

We have traveled throughout Asia for almost 50 years. For MeiAsia, we planned a special journey to meet local people, and to taste their special family recipes. You can read all about it in our travel report.
