Indonesian stir fried chicken breast

 

Preparation

Chop the cabbage into strips. Cut the cucumber in half, remove the seeds and slice. Dice the aubergine and chicken breast.
Heat the oil in a wok. Stir-fry the chicken breast until brown all over. Add the cabbage, cucumber and aubergine and stir-fry for another 4 minutes.
Add the ginger honey wok sauce and stir-fry until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Delicious with MeiAsia rice sticks or MeiAsia jasmine rice.
