Stir fried pork with noodles and ginger
Preparation
Bring 1½ litres of water to the boil. Add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Chop the spring onions diagonally. Chop the carrots, Chinese cabbage and pork steaks into strips.
Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the meat over high heat until brown. Add the carrots, onions and cabbage, and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the sauce and cook the vegetables for 5 minutes. Stir frequently.
Add the noodles and heat for 1 minute.
