Spicy curry with steak

 

Preparation

Peel the onion and chop into semi-circles. Peel and dice the potatoes. Chop the tomatoes into segments. Cut the steak into strips.
Heat the oil in a wok. Briefly stir fry the beef and remove from the pan. Leave the remaining oil in the wok and stir fry the onion, cubed potatoes, cabbage and tomatoes for 2 minutes. Add the lentils if using
Pour the madras curry wok sauce over and turn down the heat. Cook the vegetables for ± 5 minutes. Add the steak and salt to taste and continue to heat for 1 minute.
