Steak in oyster sauce
Preparation
Wash and dice the bell pepper. Chop the tomatoes into segments. Cut the steak into strips. Heat the oil in a wok. Briefly stir fry the steak. Add the pepper, tomatoes and bamboo shoots and stir fry for one minute. Pour the oyster sauce and soy sauce over the steak and heat through thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Delicious with rice and a green salad.
