Chicken marinated in sesame oil with walnuts

 

Preparation

Chop the chicken breast into strips. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. Heat the sesame and wok oil in a wok. Add the ginger and fry over a low heat until the ginger begins to become fragrant. Add the strips of chicken breast and stir fry over a high heat for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown. Add the spring onion to the wok and fry for 2 minutes. Stir the walnuts and sesame seeds through the chicken preparation. Add salt and pepper to taste. Delicious with stir fried pak choi and MeiAsia noodles
