Noodle soup with asparagus and crab

 

Preparation

Slice the spring onions diagonally. Heat the vegetable stock and cook the noodles in it for 5 minutes until al dente. Chop the asparagus into pieces. Drain the crab. Add the asparagus and the crab to the soup. Add the fish sauce if using. Continue to heat the soup for 1 minute.
