The minimum order amount in our webshop is € 10, excluding shipping & handling.
How can I pay?
MeiAsia webshop orders can be paid by credit card or iDeal.
When can I expect my order?
Please allow 3-5 days for the delivery of your order, depending on your country of residence.
How can I change my order?
As long as you have not paid the order, you can change it at any time. Simply log in, and add or delete products to your shopping cart.
Once paid, orders will immediately be processed in our warehouse, and can no longer be changed.

My order is incorrect / incomplete. What should I do?
When your order is incorrect/incomplete, please contact the MeiAsia customer service using the contact form. Please mention your order number, and the missing and/or incorrectly delivered products. Our customer service team will assist you in correcting the order.
How can I return my order?
When you wish to return your order, please contact the MeiAsia customer service using the contact form. Please mention your order number, name, address, bank account number, name of the bank (IBAN / BIC number), date of the order, and the reason for returning the goods. Order paid by credit card will be redeposited on your credit card. We will contact you to arrange the return.
