Thai Green Curry Stir-Fry Sauce (Meiasia)
Green curry, the hottest curry of the Thai cuisine, as already told in the paragraph of the green curry paste, grows in popularity. Boonjan on the other hand prefers this curry for years and in the meantime he brought his recipe to perfection. The lemongrass and the kaffir lime peel make his recipe addictive. It tastes delicious with chicken, meat or prawns and of course with bamboo and basil. There is no need to add coconut milk to this wok sauce.
