His recipe is also delicious and in this wok sauce the coconut milk has already been added.
Just add some fresh ingredients such as chicken, fresh pineapple and cherry tomatoes and this curry will taste exactly like it would in Thailand.

Coconut milk, water, lemongrass, salt, palm sugar, garlic, shallot, chilli, fish sauce (anchovy, salt), galangal, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), kaffir lime peel.
