This ‘butter chicken’, a creamy sauce based on tomatoes and onions, has a delicious mild and fine taste. Tashi knows more than anybody else how to prepare this sauce and she can’t get enough of it herself! It tastes best with chicken, but can also be prepared with other meat and a fresh cucumber salad.
