Chinese Black Bean Garlic Stir-Fry Sauce (Meiasia)
Black bean garlic dishes are so popular in China that you can get them at each stall on every street corner. Yet we found something unique at Stanzin’s stall. He stirs a bit of rice wine and sesame oil through his sauce, by which the sauce has a more full-bodied taste than all other black bean garlic sauces. It tastes delicious with meat or tofu.
