Japanese Yakitori Marinade (Meiasia)
Yoko became so enthusiastic about our search for pure products in her country that she joined us for one day. Our Japanese guide recommended her as a Yakitori specialist. Yakitory are Japanese chicken skewers in a delicious marinade based on soy and mirin (Japanese rice wine). Just add some fresh spring onions or mushrooms, fry them in a griddle pan or on a barbecue and the typical taste of Japan can be served.
