Indian Tikka Masala Spice Paste (Meiasia)
On one of the many small markets in Delhi, which we reached after we got into a long Rikshaw traffic-jam, we saw another queue in front of Ali’s stall. The reason for this queue was his special mix for roasted chicken. It’s a mild Indian curry which enhances the flavour of garlic and ginger. It’s worth the effort to wait for, and now it can be served within 20 minutes.
