Teriyaki Sauce (Meiasia)

 
Kurumi, a spontaneous Japanese girl, showed us how to use teriyaki sauce as a marinade.
The word teriyaki derives from teri, the shine that the marinade gives to the meat or fish and yaki, which means ‘grill’. In Japan teriyaki sauce is used mainly as a marinade for fish, such as fresh tuna.
